Why did you get into the Financial Services Industry? I was born into it, at an early age I saw how my father helped people by making sure they had the proper protection if they died too soon. When I was 12 years old, my dad passed away suddenly, and he made sure we were financially secure.    

 Where did you go to school & what certifications do you have? I went to high school at Atlantic City High School and went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. Professionally, I went on to receive my Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from The American College, and received a certificate of completion on Retirement Income Planning held at the highly recognized Aresty Institute of Executive Education at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, I am a Lifetime & Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table, having been an Honor Roll Member and Seven Time Court of the Table Member.  

What is the most valuable piece of advice/wisdom you’ve received? I learned at an early age, the importance of giving back to your community by taking a leadership role. 

What charitable organizations are you affiliated with? I am a Life Member & Past Chairman of the Board at the Seashore Gardens Living Center – Home for the Aged. I am a Charter Board Member with the Seashore Gardens Foundation. I am also a Life Member, Immediate Past Chairman & Past President of Congregation Beth Israel, and the Past Treasurer & Board Member of the Atlantic County Crime Stoppers.

Favorite Books: From Robert Ludlum to Ken Follett to Daniel Silva, any fiction that is suspenseful.

Favorite Sports Team: San Francisco 49ers, since 1969

Favorite Places you have traveled: Very fortunate to have been to many wonderful places with my wife, including Hawaii multiple times, Israel as part of a mission, Greece, Italy, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Barcelona and so far I have been to 36 states.

Favorite Food: That’s easy….Pizza in every country that I have visited

Favorite Leisure Activity: Following the 49ers, in good years and bad decades!
